NeuroTransform is a wellness platform that focuses on neuro‑informed, mind‑body approaches to behavior and lifestyle change. One offering within NeuroTransform is a small, curated referral network for coaches and practitioners who use this approach in their work. We help match potential clients with coaches whose skills, style, and availability align with their goals.
By neuro‑informed, we simply mean that coaching is guided by a basic understanding of the brain and nervous system (for example, stress responses, feelings of overwhelm or shutdown, and neuroplasticity) and how these influence habits and behavior change.
NeuroTransform also offers custom meditation recordings and thoughtfully curated wellness products, all aimed at empowering people to nurture their overall wellness and create sustainable, brain‑ and body‑supported changes in their lives.
-
You may receive warm referrals from clients who are already interested in neuro‑informed coaching.
By the time a client reaches you, they’ve already received basic education about what health coaching is and is not, so you spend less time on “explaining the role” and more time coaching.
NeuroTransform gathers general information about a client’s goals, focus areas, and availability before referring them, which supports a better initial fit.
You’re welcome to draw from NeuroTransform’s evolving library of resources (including YouTube meditation recordings, health‑ and brain‑supportive articles, and health‑coaching‑focused mind-body tools that you can share or adapt in your work), as appropriate for your clients and scope of practice. If there are specific resources you’d like to see—such as digital downloads, client handouts, or YouTube meditation recordings—requests are always welcome, and NeuroTransform is happy to consider creating or curating resources in response.
If you’d ever find it helpful, NeuroTransform may be able to introduce you to other values‑aligned practitioners in the network for collaboration or cross‑referrals, though there is no requirement or expectation to connect with others.
-
There is no upfront fee to join the NeuroTransform Referral Network. Instead, there is a one‑time referral fee per client who is referred by NeuroTransform and completes a first paid session with you (as outlined in the Referral Fee Schedule). If a referred client never completes a paid session, no referral fee is owed.
-
Eligibility is based on NeuroTransform’s Referral Network Eligibility & Values criteria.
In general, eligibility includes appropriate training and experience, a clear and ethical scope of practice, and alignment with NeuroTransform’s stated values. -
NeuroTransform’s values include:
Client‑centered, compassionate care – honoring each person as resourceful, whole, and the expert on their own lived experience.
Neuro‑informed perspective – recognizing that the brain and nervous system play an important role in stress, habits, and behavior change, and using this awareness to support gentle, sustainable change rather than pushing or forcing.
Integrative, mind–body–spirit approaches – drawing from both science‑informed perspectives and contemplative or wisdom traditions in a way that is grounded, respectful, and practical for everyday life.
Culturally aware, compassionate, and inclusive practice – aiming to create a welcoming, respectful space for people from a variety of backgrounds and identities, with sensitivity to trauma and lived experience.
Collaborative, strengths‑based, behavior‑change‑oriented coaching – focusing on realistic, sustainable shifts that support wellbeing for each individual in the context of their real life.

Once signed, NeuroTransform will gather any additional details you’d like to share beyond what you included in your original application (for example, nuances about your style, preferred referral types, or current capacity) to help with matching.Referrals as Appropriate
When a potential client appears to be a good fit for you based on their goals and preferences, NeuroTransform may introduce the client to you and support the initial connection.
-
Before sending a referral, NeuroTransform typically:
Provides the client with basic education about what health coaching (and/or guided imagery) is and what it is not, so expectations are clearer.
Collects general information about their goals, focus (for example, stress, sleep, energy, habits), preferences, and availability. If you would like to preview the client intake questionnaire, you can view a sample here.
Considers fit between the client’s goals and your focus, style, and capacity.
Makes a referral only when there is a reasonable basis to believe you may be a good match.
This means you start your first session with more context and a client who has already received some orientation to this way of working.
-
You’re still in charge of your own process, but as part of the network you agree to:
Briefly mention your relationship with NeuroTransform and clarify that your practice is independent.
Offer a simple, accessible explanation of neuroplasticity and how it relates to habits and behavior change, in language that fits the client.
Stay within your scope of practice and avoid describing your work as medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis services unless you are licensed and clearly acting in that capacity.
-
Yes. You always retain the right to:
Decline a referral if the client’s needs, schedule, or preferences are not a fit.
Refer out or suggest other resources if, after meeting the client, you determine their needs are outside your scope or capacity.
NeuroTransform’s goal is good fit, not volume for its own sake.
